Community crisis response efforts continue
Several organizations have awarded funds in recent weeks to people and businesses impacted by “Operation Metro Surge” by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. Fundraising efforts continue and community groups such as Parent Teacher organizations have also been providing meal distributions and other assistance.
